    <description descriptionType="Abstract">This  Marketing  Plan  explains  how  HPC-Europa3  will  aim  to  ensure  that  the  highest  number  of  relevant research  groups  in  all  of  the  eligible  countries  is  informed  of  the  opportunities  offered  by  the  programme.  It provides  details  of  how  the  HPC-Europa3  consortium  will  publicise  the  opportunities  offered  by  the programme,  and  disseminate  the  results  of  the  work  carried  out  with  the  support  of  the  programme.  It  also discusses how the effectiveness of the marketing activities will be monitored.</description>
