Harmonized Finnish national Corine Land Cover layers - Cloud optimized versions

The Harmonized Finnish national Corine Land Cover layer files were converted into cloud optimized versions to allow more convenient access to the data by the analysis tools developed for the AquaINFRA project.

The conversion to cloud optimized version was done with command: gdal_translate input.tif output.tif -of COG -ot Byte --config GTIFF_SRS_SOURCE EPSG
