EUDAT D9.3: Interim Report on Testing of Scalability of Graph Technology Implementation

In this document we describe the progress made in graph-based data integration in the first 12 months of the project. To provide the reader with enough knowledge to digest the technical parts of this document, we first describe the basics of graph databases and assess the available technologies. Subsequently, a section devoted to the use cases implemented by the partners in this task follows. Orthogonal to the work on the actual use cases, we looked into possibilities of evaluating performance of the graph database, we report on this effort in a separate section. The document is concluded with a summary and outlook for the remaining 12 months of the task activity.
