Recommendations for Implementing a Virtual Layer for Management of the Complete Life Cycle of Scientific Data

The European Commission ask us to present recommendations of what according to RDA should be done next. This document includes two aspects 1) typical recommendations that funders can pass through to applicants, 2) development of testbeds to test out what data fabric calls "Global Digital Object Cloud". This document was created by a large number of authors and Tobias Weigel and Peter Wittenburg operating as editors and submitted to the EC in January.
