Description

Dataset accompanying the publication "Three years of observations from a dense CRNS cluster at an agricultural research site in north-east Germany" (ESSD, to be subm., https://doi.org/...) The publication contains records of cosmic ray neutron sensing (CRNS - stationary, roving), soil moisture (FDR, profile probes, gravimetric, GNSS-R), soil properties (bulk density, organic matter, texture, soil hydraulic parameters), snow parameters (depth, density, areal cover), vegetation / biomass surveys, crops cycles / yields and information on irrigation schemes . An overview of the dataset as well as further technical details are provided in the README.pdf file.

cosmic ray neutron sensing (CRNS - stationary, roving), soil moisture (FDR, profile probes, gravimetric, tensiometers, GNSS reflectometry), hydro-gravimetry, soil properties (bulk density, organic matter, texture, hydraulic parameters), vegetation / biomass surveys (weighing, allometry), snow depth (ultrasonic gauge, manual), snow cover (UAV imagerry), snow density (manual)
