Corine Land Cover accounting layer - Cloud optimized versions

The Corine Land Cover accounting layer files were converted into cloud optimized versions to allow more convenient access to the data by the analysis tools developed for the AquaINFRA project. 

Original files (reference years 2000, 2006, 2012, 2018) were taken from: https://www.eea.europa.eu/en/datahub/datahubitem-view/a55d9224-a326-4cb1-9b9c-3a324520341a 

The conversion to cloud optimized version was done with command: gdal_translate raster_in.tif raster_out.tif -of COG
