Description
The UTIP-Unido dataset is part of the Inequality Project of the University of Texas (UTIP), that focuses on measuring and explaining movements of inequality in wages and earnings and patterns of industrial change around the world. The UTIP-UNIDO data calculate measures of industrial pay inequality and are based on United Nations Industrial Development Organization (UNIDO) data. The UTIP-UNIDO dataset provides a wage inequality Theil measure for 151 countries worldwide for the period 1963-2015.
